This software enables personalization of webpages. But this means YOUR webpages - not others that you do not have the explicit rights to use.
This being said, make sure you ALSO have permission to copy web content into this software - even if you plan to use it for demo purposes with clients. Some companies get very uneasy with the notion that you are copying their content - even if it is for altruistic means.
If you are not absolutely positively 100% certain that what you are doing is compliant and legal - best advice is don't do it.
